Spirit of Sardona: Sauna Ritual

Rustling leaves, the scent of the forest… Immerse yourself in another world for 2-3 hours and experience nature and the power of the mountains in a different way with this Sauna Ritual.

Rituals have accompanied mankind since forever  and have effects – on physical, mental and spiritual levels. Letting go of old energies and thoughts and the purification of one’s energy field can strengthen us in times of change.
